Delays

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs delays, or high order volume.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • ONE4EKOW ENTERPRISE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
  • Customers should contact the shipping carrier for assistance in such cases.
